LFMA attempts to give first priority to returning vendors who paid the annual fee and were in good standing the previous season. In addition, and in order to remain in good standing, vendors must comply with all market rules, and the market master must be notified for all of the markets that the vendor needs to miss.

The Market recognizes the importance of consistency in stall location and will strive to balance that with the expansion of the market. Vendors must report to the Market Master their gross sales for the previous weeks Market day prior to set up at the following weeks market.
